well i really don't care if you release one now and the other in a month or both at the same time. It's been a long time since the last part was released so i can wait a while longer and I'm certain that 99.9% of the rest of your "fans" can and will wait a while longer if needed to.

Just don't rush anything and keep doing a great job ;)

i say just submit part 2 now, then let us wait for part 3 for like a month, that way you dont get any idiots saying "just release it now, you have it done", plus we get to view part 2 and speculate for a while before finding out who dies

I say that you should sumbit part 2 let your fans and i speculate on who will die then submit part 3 when your done. But that is just my vote.

I say you stick with your original plan to finish the whole thing and put part 2 and then part 3 a week later. It leaves less time for the person to get impatient.
